Goodmorning, Sunday! Here is the debut album that we’ve been making such a fuss about. For the past few days we’ve been holding our own copies in our hands, turning them over and over, reading the track listings and thank you’s, admiring the artwork… it’s so overwhelming and surreal. We started this record in August, worked all through the winter, and now here we are; it’s a beautiful spring morning, and we have our music ready for you. We all feel so much love today. We are grateful and happy and so incredibly pleased we can share this with anyone willing to listen.
Hey y’all, hope you’re enjoying this beautiful Saturday. We’ve been buzzin’ around like bees all day trying to make sure everything is perfectly ready for the release show tomorrow. Did you get your tickets yet? Awesome. If you didn’t, we really hope you’re still thinking about coming.
We’ll be raffling off amazing prizes that include, but are not limited to: limited edition records, cookies by Big City Grits, the chance for us to cover a song of your choice, and much much more. Oh, and if you’re there, you can get your fortune told. Yeah. This is going to be serious, people. We don’t mess around when it comes to fun times.
So, see you tomorrow night. We’ll play our first set at 8:00 sharp, and our second set after Flearoy and EMEFE are done melting faces with their good vibes!
But seriously… whether or not you can make it to the party, we sincerely hope you enjoy the album. Friends, family, complete strangers- anyone that’s been cheering us on- this is for you.
Finally! We’ve been waiting to share this with you forever. Here is our first official music video for our song “Good Boy,” one of our favorite tracks off our soon-to-be-released record. We are so outlandishly pleased by the way this video turned out, and we can’t thank you all enough for sharing it with your friends, giving us feedback, and most importantly, for being as supportive and awesome as you are. High fives all around.
The biggest high five goes to our director and best bud, Matt Porter. He came up with the idea for this video, and as you can probably tell, he is a mad genius…in so many ways. If you haven’t seen Matt’s crazy weekly video clips at Good Cop Great Cop, you’re missing out on the best thing on the internet.

So what’s next for us?!
Well, we’ve been busy planning the most epic album release show of all time. It’s going to be in the Studio at Webster Hall on April 15th, and we’ll be opening with an acoustic set and closing the night with an electric set. Flearoy and EMEFE are joining us, and there will be all sorts of awesome raffle prizes that you can win.
Pre-sale tickets are $10, and you can bundle that with a copy of the album for an additional $5. Please don’t be one of those nerds that gets the $12 tickets at the door- find any of us walking around NYC (or just email us) and we will give you your ticket! Easy peasy.
